the Ruidi China Male	As I was reading an article posted saying the hotel directly adds the tips in the final bill, I was wondering what is everyone´s "tipping policy" in CQ. Basically I only tip taxi drivers ... I wonder if that is the reason for lousy hospitality spirit in restaurants/bars/etc... For restaurant, it is really weird to tip the waiter with cash, I mean, sometimes I do enjoy the service, but it is a strange picture to give them cash and say "here is your tip"...I tried to put some bills under the plate one time and the waiter chased me down ...
