If you are ever in the mood for good chicken wings and chips, I'd recommend you to Babela's.
The wings are real meaty, as big as any buffalo wings I've seen in the west, and they have a tasty pepper sauce on them. The restuarant also has tobasco sauce if you want them spicier. The price is unbelievable - just 13 yuan for a serving of four. The chips were actually potato wedges - good bite sized, crispy on the outside and al dente in the middle - for only 9 kuai. The menu there is also quite comprehensive, although the pictures of some of the dishes don't look inviting. They have a wide range of pasta, pizza, curries, and meat dishes - all for reasonable prices. Too bad the place doesn't have draft beer and a more comfortable pub-like atmosphere.. but at least they still have wine and beer.
