What is your tipping policy?
As I was reading an article posted saying the hotel directly adds the tips in the final bill, I was wondering what is everyone's "tipping policy" in CQ.
Basically I only tip taxi drivers ...
I wonder if that is the reason for lousy hospitality spirit in restaurants/bars/etc...

For restaurant, it is really weird to tip the waiter with cash, I mean, sometimes I do enjoy the service, but it is a strange picture to give them cash and say "here is your tip"...I tried to put some bills under the plate one time and the waiter chased me down the street trying to return the money lol.

Anyway, I think the difference of tipping culture is one of the most representative thing between China and Foreign Country, what do you think?
